Chris completed his MBA and has BBAs in Accounting and Organizational Communications at Georgia State University.

Jayant has worked extensively with Fortune 500 clients and brings an ideal combination of both technical and operational orientation to his role. Jayant has held pivotal executive roles in connecting U.S and India teams. His oversight and development of international recruiting and business development services have been highly valued in various organizations. Jayant provides a unique and meaningful perspective based on the breadth of his technical experience in various technology platforms. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from JNTU and a Masters in Computer Science from Midwestern State University.

Shara possesses over eight years of experience in software sales, talent acquisition, and account management. In previous roles, she has successfully managed accounts exceeding $20(m) in revenue and specializes in building client-specific recruitment deliver models. She excels at building high integrity relationships with clients and team members. She completed her BS in Health from the University of North Florida.

Pavan brings to the team vast experience in high volume Temp Staffing and Niche Hiring. His in-depth knowledge of the nuts and bolts of the staffing market and excellent understanding of the needs of hiring managers is a unique blend and a key component of our team. He is a fine leader with more than a decade of experience in developing winning teams and producing stunning results. As a core member of leadership, he helps the team in devising Recruitment strategies and Delivery solutions.
